Not sure what it means to install English VO by default but to default to the native VO. Anyway thanks BioWare for international versions. This will make purchase easier.
If means that if you choose to install French, the installer will install French and English VO and your game will run, by default, in French.

I'm surprised the game fits on one disc. That's some impressive data compression you have there.
It's just RAR files, same as Mass Effect. The game is manufactured on DVD9s and my current English install is 15.2 GB (16,403,644,805 bytes).
